Hidden Client ("we") is run by a small team, and this policy is written the way we'd want to read one: plainly.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your name, email, company details, and the targeting preferences you give us (job titles, geography, exclusions). Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We use privacy-friendly analytics on this site and do not run ad trackers.
How we use it
We use your information to run your lead engine, send your daily reports, respond to your emails, and bill your subscription. That's it. We do not sell your data, share your targeting configuration with other clients, or add you to lists you didn't ask for.
Lead data
The leads we deliver are built from publicly available information: public job postings, company websites, and public professional profiles. If you appear in a report and want your information removed, email us and we'll handle it promptly.
Storage and retention
Your data lives in access-controlled infrastructure (Supabase for our database, Stripe for billing, Resend for email delivery). If you cancel, we delete your configuration and stop all processing; we keep billing records as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email jeremy@hiddenclient.com and a human will reply.
